ConsentCheck provides a one-time technical diagnostic based on observable website behavior at the time of the scan.

Because the service is delivered instantly and consists of a technical analysis, refunds are handled under the conditions below.

When refunds are available

You may request a refund if either of the following applies:

  • The scan failed to run correctly or produced no usable results
  • The report is technically incorrect based on verifiable evidence

If you believe this is the case, contact us within 7 days of purchase and include:

  • The scanned URL
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Any relevant technical context (optional but helpful)

We will review the scan and issue a refund if the report is found to be inaccurate or unusable.

When refunds are not provided

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Changes of mind after viewing the report
  • Disagreement with the verdict when the scan is technically accurate
  • Results caused by third-party scripts, ad platforms, or external vendors
  • Situations where fixes were applied using the report
  • Scans where conversion events occur on other pages (e.g. checkout or thank-you pages) and were not observable during the scan

ConsentCheck reports technical behavior — it does not guarantee legal compliance or advertising performance outcomes.

Important notes

  • Each scan reflects site behavior at the time it was run
  • Changes made after the scan may affect results
  • Re-scanning after fixes is recommended to confirm improvements
