ConsentCheck is a diagnostic tool that scans websites to identify technical issues related to Google Ads tracking and consent management implementation. The Service:

• Analyzes website behavior related to cookies, tracking scripts, and consent management
• Checks for Google Consent Mode v2 configuration
• Identifies conversion tracking issues
• Provides diagnostic reports and technical recommendations

3. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Scan websites without proper authorization
• Use the Service to attempt unauthorized access to any system or network
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce

4. Payment and Refunds

Access to detailed scan reports and fix instructions requires a one-time payment of $19 USD. Payments are processed through PayPal.

Due to the digital nature of the Service, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the full report has been accessed. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your report, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

5. Disclaimer of Legal Advice

The Service does not provide legal advice. ConsentCheck analyzes technical implementation of consent management systems and tracking scripts. It does not assess legal compliance, privacy policy adequacy, or regulatory requirements.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of scan results
• Warranties that implementing recommended fixes will resolve all issues or ensure compliance

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONSENTCHECK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
• Damages resulting from decisions made based on scan results or recommendations

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

8. Data Storage and Retention

Scan results are stored temporarily in your browser's sessionStorage and are not retained on our servers after your session ends. We do not maintain a database of scan results or user information.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
